a) Reservation / Payment / Cancellation: Reservation can be made by phone, online via internet or in writing either by facsimile or preferably E-mail. Once a booking for a space is made, a 50% reservation fee from the total package price must be paid within 14 days after the initial booking; otherwise, it will automatically be made available for resale. The deposit will hold the spaces booked until 30 days before arrival date to the resort. By this time, the balance of payment must be settled. The fees are not refundable but transferable to other dates. For bookings made within 21 days to date of arrival to the resort, full payment is required.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACCOMMODATION MAY BE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF INQUIRY BUT IT IS NOT BEING HELD FOR YOU. A REQUEST CANNOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENTS AND CLIENT PERSONAL PARTICULARS.
b) Mode of Payment : Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer . Payment by telegraphic transfer can be made to any of the following accounts:

c) Confirmation: Upon confirmation of bookings, please provide the following information required for your journey. Failing which Singamata Adventures Semporna cannot accept any responsibility for the consequences of lack of information or any irregularity - Full names, Nationality, Permanent Address, Passport number, Diver Certification and/or Qualification, Gender, Traveling Single or as Couple, Rooming List (if traveling in a group), Flight Details, Transfers and Hotel needed (in Sabah) etc
d) Cancellation: In the of cancellation, the following cancellation charges shall apply:

75% of the trip's full price forfeited |

100% of the trip's full price forfeited |
Upon commencement of tour, unused portions of the trip are not refundable and not transferable.
e) Waiver Form: All divers will be required to show proof of diver’s training from an internationally-recognized training agency, sign a Liability Release (Waiver) and Express Assumption of Risk form and abide by all diving and safety rules
