Remark:
- Instructor is usually one-on-four (in the water)
- "Confined water is 1 meter deep / Open water is more than 6 meters deep / Advanced open water is more than 30 meters deep
- Students requesting 1-on-1 instruction will pay an additional 300 MYR per person to the instructor (Note: We do not accept orders during peak season)
- Students taking the certification exam will enter the island at 2:30 PM. Special arrangements will be made for theoretical study. An additional fee of 100 MYR will be paid per person to the instructor (Note: This is not a oneon-one session).
- Customers taking certification exams are not allowed to enter at 5 o'clock unless the course starts the next day and they need to extend their stay for another day.

REMARKS
Regulations:
- If one adult and one child stay in one room, they will be charged the same rate as 2 adults.
- A 50% price difference will be charged for a single occupancy room.
- Children 3 years old or below (free) are charged according to the year of travel, children 4-11 years old are charged the full price according to the year of travel, and children 12 years old and above are charged the full price according to the year of travel.
- Room Check-in time: 2:00 PM, Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Shuttle boat schedule from Jetty Seafest to the resort: 08:00 / 11:00 / 14:30 / 17:00
- Boat schedule from the resort to Jetty Seafest : 07:00 / 10:00 / 16:00
- Guests entering or leaving the resort outside designated hours will be charged an additional RM200 per way (less than 8 persons)
- Guests who wish to take the boat to the town during their stay will be charged an additional RM50 per person

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation:
- After the resort issues the confirmation letter, you can cancel free of charge within 48 hours.
- For reservations made more than 48 hours later, a 15% handling fee will be deducted.
- If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your scheduled departure, 30% of the booking fee will be deducted.
- Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the scheduled departure date will result in a 50% deduction.
- If you cancel 7-1 days before the event, 75% of the fee will be deducted.
- Cancellation on the day will incur a full deduction
