Welcome to SINGAMATA ADVENTURES REEF RESORT !
By making a reservation or staying at our resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they set out the legally binding terms of your stay.

1. Reservations and Payment

1.1 Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed once full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. The resort reserves the right to cancel reservations for any unpaid bookings by the due date.

1.2 Payment Methods

  1. Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  2. Bank Transfers: Payments via bank transfer may be arranged in advance for reservations. Please contact us for account details and confirmation.
  3. Cash: Cash payments are accepted at the resort for on-site purchases and incidental charges.

All payments must be made in MYR, and full payment is required prior to check-in to confirm your reservation. Please note that some payment methods may not be available for all reservations, and additional fees may apply for currency conversions or international transactions.

 

1.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy:

  1. Free of charge within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email. After the 48-hour period, standard cancellation policies and fees will apply.
  2. For cancellations made more than 48 hours after receiving the confirmation, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  5. For cancellations made between 7 and 1 day before the scheduled arrival date, a 75% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. In the event of a No Show, the full payment for the reservation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
2.2 Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. TOURISM TAX (TTX)

Pursuant with the Tourism Tax Act 2017, a charge RM 10.00 per room per night Tourism Tax (TTx) will be levied on tourist(s) and non-resident guest(s). Malaysian citizens and permanent residents with MyPR cards are exempted from the payment of TTx. TTx will be collected at check in and is payable by cash credit card. TTx is excluded from room rates.
