- To participate in the fun dive, you must have a diving certificate of Ow or above
- Island hopping is not included on the first day.

Sipadan Diving Tips: Provide a screenshot of your AOW certificate at least one day in advance and have at least Advanced Open Water (AOW) qualification
- No refund will be given if the customer cancels the trip due to weather | personal reasons | late arrival | or voluntary decision
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Period: Cancellations within 48 hours before departure are not accepted. Rescheduling is possible with more than 48 hours’ notice (the deadline for rescheduling is June 1, 2026).
- Sipadan * 2 dives + Horseback Riding * 1 dive (each dive is about 40-45 minutes - depending on the amount of air left in the tank)
- The dive guide is included (Sipada stipulates that the dive guide cannot bring a camera)
- Photography is not included (divers can bring their own underwater cameras)

- Includes Jetty transfer ( Jetty Seafest - Resort - Jetty Seafest) The boat ride is about 10 minutes

- Includes unlimited snorkeling in designated areas of the resort and snorkeling in the natural fish pond of the Resort
- Includes check-in at popular spots, 24-hour power supply, and 100% fresh water bathing
- For safety reasons, the resort reserves the right to change, cancel, delay or modify the itinerary or island itinerary if there are storms or force majeure. Please note that the first day does not include the island itinerary

Regulations:
- If one adult and one child stay in one room, they will be charged the same rate as 2 adults.
- A 50% price difference will be charged for a single occupancy room.
- Children 3 years old or below (free) are charged according to the year of travel, children 4-11 years old are charged the full price according to the year of travel, and children 12 years old and above are charged the full price according to the year of travel.
- Room Check-in time: 2:00 PM, Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Shuttle boat schedule from Jetty Seafest to the resort: 08:00 / 11:00 / 14:30 / 17:00
- Boat schedule from the resort to Jetty Seafest : 07:00 / 10:00 / 16:00
- Guests entering or leaving the resort outside designated hours will be charged an additional RM200 per way (less than 8 persons)

Cancellation:
- After the resort issues the confirmation letter, you can cancel free of charge within 48 hours.
- For reservations made more than 48 hours later, a 15% handling fee will be deducted.
- If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your scheduled departure, 30% of the booking fee will be deducted.
- Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the scheduled departure date will result in a 50% deduction.
- If you cancel 7-1 days before the event, 75% of the fee will be deducted.
- Cancellation on the day will incur a full deduction
Airport Transfer Policy: For 6 or more people, 2 nights, airport transfers included (flights are only available on the check-in day or the day before, and on the check-out day or the day after
